论高校教师专业发展的缺失与对策 被引量:43

摘要 教师素质如何直接关系到教育质量。理论逻辑分析表明教师专业素质是专业情意与态度、专业知识、专业能力、学科教学知识与教学实践性知识的有机统一体。中国高校教师在专业素质发展上存在着理念落后、素质结构缺失,入职培育中重理论轻实践、重科研轻教学等问题。在博士研究生教育阶段增设教师教育专业与教师教育课程模块,健全持证上岗的高校教师入职制度,以高校教师发展中心为依托,开展教学改革,通过项目安排、教学共同体的建构,以课堂教学实践为中心,加强教学学术研究与自我反思,促成高校教师生成教学实践性知识是其专业发展的根本路径。 Teacher quality is directly related to the education quality.Theoretic logical analysis shows that teachers′professional quality includes professional affection and attitude,professional knowledge,professional ability,subject teaching knowledge and teaching practice knowledge.In the development of professional quality,Chinese university teachers are confronted with the following problems:backward idea,lack of quality structure,paying more attention to theory rather than practice,attaching great importance to the scientific research rather than teaching and so on.It is the fundamental path of their professional development to establish teacher professional education and teacher education curriculum modules in the doctoral education stage,to perfect the entrance system of certified teachers,to carry out teaching reform based on the development center of college teachers,to strengthen the teaching of academic research and self reflection and facilitate teachers to create teaching practice knowledge through the project arrangement and construction of the teaching community which is centered on the classroom teaching practice.
