摘要
文章针对穿戴产品的产品故障率高,使用寿命低,已经成为限制产品快速发展的现实问题。基于可穿戴产品可采集用户数据的前提,提出了应用用户信息进行可穿戴产品故障分析,以提高产品设计质量的思想。
Doing failure analysis and improve quality level of product is a meaningful work in wearable industry.This thesis analyzed potential failure mode caused by customer factors considering the wearable industrial characteristics, proposed a solution about failure analysis using customer information, and developed a platform for failure forecast using customer information.This will help to improve the level of product design level.
