摘要
通过对数字对讲机在严酷环境条件下产生故障模式的原因分析,得出结论:三防设计的缺失是导致对讲机失效最主要因素之一。本文以手持式数字对讲机的结构设计为研究对象,运用三防设计的设计原则和方法,优选材料,减小结构设计对产品性能的影响。从而,大大提高数字对讲机在恶劣环境中的适应性,降低产品故障率。
By analyzing the reason of the fault of digital walkie-talkie under harsh natural environment condition, one can draw a conclusion that the default of three-proofing design is the most critical factors of causing electronics products being unable to work. The article is based on configuration design of handheld digital walkie-talkie, applying rational principles and methods of three-proofing design, optimizing material and minimizing the influence of configuration design for product performance. Thereby it can highly improve product environmental adaptability under bad environment condition and reduce the fault rate of product.
