摘要
目的：探讨静脉输液风险的原因,并提出护理对策,说明在输液治疗过程中实施护理安全管理对于减少静脉输液风险的意义,为门诊输液室中的护理管理工作提供有价值的理论参考。方法：我院2015年3月-2016年3月实施输液治疗中的护理安全管理,对比分析实施护理安全管理前后静脉输液风险事件的发生率和患者的满意度。结果：实施护理安全管理后,静脉输液风险事件明显减少,护患纠纷减少,患者的满意度明显提升。结论：在静脉输液治疗中应用护理安全管理能够有效地减少静脉输液风险,降低护患纠纷的发生率,提高患者的满意度,可推广。
Objective： To discuss the causes of the risk of intravenous infusion and to provide nursing strategies to explain the meaning of implementation of nursing safety management in the process of infusion treatment,thus providing a valuable theoretical reference for nursing management in outpatient infusion room. Methods： Selected the nursing care safety management in infusion therapy from March 2015 to March 2016 and analyzed the incidence and risk of intravenous infusion before and after the implementation of nursing safety management by comparison. Results： After the implementation of nursing safety management,intravenous infusion risk events significantly reduced,while the nurse- patient disputes and patient satisfaction significantly improved. Conclusion： Nursing safety management applied in intravenous infusion can effectively reduce the risk of intravenous infusion,reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,and improve patient satisfaction. Therefore it can be applied in the treatment.
