摘要
当前工科院校中文科毕业生就业难的现象愈发严重,本文从工科院校文科生就业现状中分析其就业困难的原因,并在学校资源利用、调整文科生就业期望值等方面提出解决对策,以期对工科院校中文科毕业生就业难的现状有所改善。
It is shown that the liberal arts graduates’ employment is getting more difficult nowadays, so the author analyzes the reasons of difficut employment and gives some suggestions on utilizing the resources and changing the graduates＇ traditional thought of employment with the purpose of improving their employment.
