摘要
科学技术作为当今时代的首要发展工具,对农村的技术进步起着至关重要的作用。在农村建设中,始终摆脱不了农业经济的发展和科学技术水平的提高。为在农村传播新型科学技术手段,提高农牧业水准,就要依靠科学技术手段的传播。所以在进行对农村图书馆的建设过程中,就要规范图书馆管理,确立良好的基础,提高农牧业发展水平。这对于当下农村先进生产力的提高,致富手段的提升具有重要作用。
Science and technology as the primary development tools in today＇s era, have played a vital role in rural technical progress. Rural construction always can＇t get away from the development of agricultural economy and the improvement of science and technology. To spread new means of seience and technology in rural areas and improve the levels of fanning and animal husbandry needs to depend on the spread of science and technology. In the process of rural library construction, it should standardize the library management, establish the good foundation, raise the level of farming and animal husbandry development, which were important for advancing rural productivity and adding up rich means.
