摘要
职业技能与职业精神是职业主体不可或缺的两种职业属性。从本质意义上讲,二者内在统一,相互依存,不可分割,但是在长期的高校教育教学实践中,受技术理性主义和实用主义的影响,教育者往往采取单纯技艺传授型的教育模式,忽视对学生职业精神的培育,导致工具理性与人文理性被人为割裂,致使职业技术型人才的职业精神严重缺失,因此,在职业技能培训中融入职业精神培育是极其必要且重要的。
Professional skill and professional spirit are the two indispensable occupational properties of professional subjects,which,essentially,are unified,interdependent and inseparable. However,during the long-term education and teaching practices in colleges and universities,having been affected by technical rationalism and pragmatism,educators usually prefer the skill teaching type education mode and ignore professional spirit cultivation for the students,which causes instrumental rationality and humanist rationality are separated forcedly and professional technical talents have no professional spirit. Therefore,it is very essential and significant to carry out integrated cultivation of professional skills and professional spirit.
