摘要
采用护热平板法,研究了煤矸石替代50%碎石制成的煤矸石保温混凝土的热工性能。重点探究了煤矸石保温混凝土导热系数在不同含水率、不同水胶比下的变化规律,并分别得到了水胶比和含水率与导热系数的关系曲线。结果表明:导热系数随水胶比的增大而减小,其中干燥状态下水胶比为0.53时导热系数最小,达到0.523 W/(m·K);含水率越大其导热系数越大,基本呈线性变化;水胶比越大,导热系数随着含水率的变化越快。
Thermal performance of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete made of coal gangue instead of 50% crushed stone is studied with the hot plate method.The influences of different water binder ratio and water content on thermal conductivity of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete are discussed, and the relationships between water binder ratio, water content and thermal conductivity are obtained. The results indicate that the thermal conductivity decreases with the increasing of water binder ratio, and when the water binder ratio is 0.53 ,the thermal conductivity is minimum,reaching 0.523 0 W/ (m'K).In addition,the thermal conductivity increases with the increasing of moisture content, and the relationship is linear.Thermal conductivity changes faster with the increasing of moisture content.
