摘要
以神华集团在京津冀区域的22台近零排放改造燃煤机组和神华集团在北京、浙江区域的燃气机组为对象,通过分析工程造价、检修维护成本、售电完全成本等指标,系统研究了近零排放燃煤发电和燃气发电的经济性、环保性等问题。研究结果表明,达到燃气发电大气污染物排放浓度限值的清洁煤电,比燃气发电售电完全成本低0.29-0.47元/kWh。在当前和今后一个时期,大力推进燃煤发电机组近零排放改造,实现煤炭的清洁高效利用,是中国推动能源供给革命的重要实践,也是实现煤炭工业可持续发展的重要保证。
Based on the typical near-zero emissions coal-fired units of Shenhua Group in the area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and gas turbine units of Shenhua in the area Beijing and Zhejiang,the project cost,maintenance cost,electricity sale costs etc.Were analysis,and the economy and pollution of near-zero emissions coal-fired and gas-fired units were summarized.The results show that clean coal-fired power can reach the limit of gas turbine emissions and its reliability have good performance.Compared with the gas turbine power,the electricity sale costs of clean coal-fired power is lower 0.29-0.47 Yuan(RMB)/kWh.The current and future a period,innovative practice of near-zero emissions for coal-fired power plants,will be strongly support energy supply revolution of China,and will be the guarantee of the sustainable development of coal industry.
