摘要
电力生产是能源利用的重要领域。发电能源品种的选择直接决定一个国家或地区的能源结构调整,而能源成本和环境效益成为各种能源发电竞争的重要因素。本文基于生命周期的理论,计算了煤电、燃气发电、风电、光伏发电“燃料链”全过程的环境排放。研究发现:燃气发电的环境排放低于燃煤发电,并在环境排放的基础上计算了环境成本,其与内部成本一起构成了总成本;经过对比发现,在附加了环境成本后,燃煤发电成本已超过燃气发电,并远高于风电成本;本文充分考虑各种能源用于发电的技术可靠性、经济和环境方面的因素,天然气发电综合优势更显著。
Power production is an important area of energy utilization. The choice of power generation energy products directly determines the energy structure adjustment of a country and region, and energy costs and environmental benefits become important factors in the competition of various energy power generation. Based on the life cycle theory, this paper calculates the environmental emissions of coal-fired, gas-fired, wind power, photovoltaic(including rooftop photovoltaic and terrestrial photovoltaic) power generation "fuel chain". The study found that the environmental emission of gas-fired power generation is lower than that of coal-fired power generation, and the environmental cost is calculated on the basis of environmental emissions. Together with the internal cost, it constitutes the total cost; after comparison, it is found that after the environmental cost is added, the life cycle is From the perspective of coal-fired power generation, the cost of coal-fired power generation has exceeded that of gas-fired power generation, and it is much higher than the cost of wind power. Considering the technical reliability, economic and environmental factors of various energy sources for power generation, the comprehensive advantages of natural gas power generation are more significant.
