摘要
在分析民宿起源、表现形态及与乡土文化关系的基础上,以丽水缙云下洋精品民宿村规划为例,确立"源于乡土、不止乡土"的理念,提出以民宿为核心打造慢生活空间系统,建设融入时尚元素的"1+n"业态模式,形成新旧"和而不同"的建筑风貌,提升乡土人文内涵景观的策略。不止"乡土"是当前古村落保护与开发的方向,有助于促进乡土文化的创新性复兴。
This paper analyzes the relationship between domestic and international Boutique Hostel and local culture. Taking the Xiayang village＇s boutique homestay planning as an example,this paper puts forward several pertinent village planning strategies： To establish the overall positioning of＂born in local,beyond local＂; to build rural slow living space system with the core of boutique homestay; to construct the rural ＂1 ＋ n＂market model including fashion elements; to format village overall view with new and old buildings in harmony but not of the sameness; to create a landscape of rural humanity. This paper proposes a new direction for the protection and development of ancient villages： More than ＂vernacular＂.
