摘要
村级土地利用规划是土地利用规划体系中不可或缺的一部分,是适应新形势下农村土地利用和管理的现实需要。本文运用文献法从村级土地利用规划的内涵、理念、任务、体系、内容等方面对现有研究进行回顾和整理。总结现阶段村级土地利用规划存在的主要问题,并提出未来研究的重点是村级土地利用规划法律法规的制定,提升规划编制的村庄特色和增加公众参与的积极性。
The village land use planning is an indispensable part of the land use planning system and it is the realistic need to adapt to the rural land use and management in the new situation. This paper uses the literature method to review and sort out the existing research from the aspects of connotation,idea,task,system and content of village land use planning. It summerizes the main problems of village land use planning at the present stage,and puts forward the focus of future research is the development of village-level land use planning laws and regulations,to enhance the characteristics of village planning and increase the enthusiasm of public participation.
