摘要 针对某钢铁厂活性炭脱硫吸附塔内涡流降低脱硫效率的问题,文章提出了一种在活性炭脱硫吸附塔入口域设置栅板的优化设计方案。借助Fluent软件,采用湍流、多孔介质、离散相以及组分运输等方法,建立活性碳脱硫吸附塔脱硫效率仿真模型,分别对结构优化后的活性炭脱硫吸附塔的脱硫效率和关键结构参数进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,活性炭脱硫吸附塔内无大涡流产生,脱硫效率提升了3.36%;得出了脱硫效率与关键结构参数成线性正比关系,为不同型号活性炭脱硫吸附塔的结构设计提供了理论依据。 In view of the problem that the desulfurization efficiency was reduced by eddy in the activa- ted carbon desulfurization absorption tower of a steel plant, an optimization design scheme was pro- posed, in which the grid plate was set in the entrance area of the activated carbon desulfurization ab- sorption tower. Based on the Fluent software, a simulation model of desulphurization efficiency of the activated carbon desulfurization absorption tower was set up by using the methods of turbulence, por- ous media, discrete phase and components transportation. After the structural optimization, the des- ulfurization efficiency and the key structural parameters were analyzed, respectively. The result shows that no large eddy is generated in the activated carbon desulfurization absorption tower, and the desulfurization efficiency increases by 3. 36%; there is a linear proportional relationship between the desulfurization efficiency and the key structural parameters. The study can provide a theoretical basis for the structural design of different types of activated carbon desulfurization absorption tower.
