摘要 鼻病毒是小RNA病毒,无包膜,属于小核糖核酸病毒科家族,包括A、B、C三种,有超过100种抗原性不同的血清型。40%的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重与病毒感染有关,且大部分为鼻病毒。鼻病毒感染COPD患者可引起气道炎症反应和气道微生物的变化。对于鼻病毒的治疗,目前尚无特效的抗病毒药物。研究者主要将注意力集中在鼻病毒疫苗的研制上,虽然进展不大,但其依然是个有前途的研究方向。 Rhinovirus is no-envelope and small RNA virus, which belongs to the small RNA virus family,and includes A, B, C three kinds and more than 100 kinds of different serotypes. 40% of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) is related to viral infections, mostly rhinovirus. Rhinovirus can cause changes of airway inflammation and airway microorganisms in patients with COPD. There is no special effect of antiviral drugs for the treatment of rhinovirus so far, and the researchers are mostly focused on rhinovirus vaccine. Although there is no considerable progress up till now,it still is a promising research direction.
