摘要
目的 分析老年糖尿病患者临床护理方法与效果。方法 将2015年4月-2016年4月因老年糖尿病选择我院就诊的73例患者作研究对象,按就诊日期单双号分组。双号就诊患者设对照组,共35例,实施常规护理。单号就诊患者设研究组,共38例,实施全面护理。护理后对比两组效果。结果 研究组的满意度较高,94.74%〉85.71%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 老年糖尿病全面护理效果确切,满意度高。
Objective Clinical nursing method and effect on elderly patients with diabetes are to be studied. Methods Chose 73 elderly patients with diabetes that were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 to study and separated them into two groups according to their hospital-visitation date number （ odd number or even number ）, 35 patients with even date-number in control group were given about conventional nursing, while another 38 patients with odd date-number in study group were given about comprehensive nursing, and then compare nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ satisfaction rate with nursing effect in stxldy group was higher than that in control group, 94.74% 〉 85.71%, there are differentials between two groups and they have statistic value （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is quite effective for elderly patients with diabetes, patients are quite satisfied with nursing efficacy.
