摘要
目的：探讨有助于老年糖尿病患者康复的有效护理对策。方法随机将76例糖尿病患者分为两组：观察组（38例）、对照组（38例）。对照组38例所用护理对策为常规护理，观察组38例所用护理对策为积极全面的综合性护理。结果观察组的各项指标状况与护理满意度均优于对照组，P＜0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论对老年糖尿病患者采取积极、耐心的健康教育与临床护理，可控制患者病情，防控并发症的出现，改善患者的身体机能，提升患者护理满意率。
Objective To explore the effective nursing measures for elderly patients with diabetes .Mtehods A total of 76 cases with diabetes were divided into observation and control groups , each group had 38casess.The control group was given routine nursing , the observation group was given positive and comprehensive nursing .Rseults The status indicators and nursing satisfaction of observation group were better than those of control group, P〈0.05.Con clusions Positive and patient health education and clinical care for elderly patients with diabetes could control the disease, prevent complications, improve patient＇s body function and patient＇s satisfaction rate.
