摘要
目的探析全面生化反应和血清学检验在沙门菌临床检验中的应用效果。方法我院2014年12月-2015年12月共收治肠热症患者86例,将其随机分为两组,对照组行常规检验,观察组行全面生化反应以及血清学检验,对比两组患者检验结果。结果观察组患者检出率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在沙门菌的临床检验中,全面生化反应＋血清学检验的联合检查具有更高的检出率。
Objective To analyze the effect of application of comprehensive biochemical and serological test in Salmonella in clinical laboratory. Methods From December 2014 to December 2015, 86 cases of patients with typhoid fever were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was routinely tested,and the biochemical reaction and serological tests were performed,compared test results of two groups. Results Detection rate of the observation group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical examination of Salmonella,comprehensive biochemical reaction ＋ serological test of the joint inspection inspection has higher efficiency.
