摘要
临床检验结果的可靠性、可比性能够不受较多时间、地域的限制,不仅仅为临床治疗疾病所需,同时亦为临床检验界所努力的重要方向。就现阶段情况而言,临床检验较多的使用一般方法,其原理相对比较繁多,全部临床检验、实验室采取相同的方法开展工作难以实现,而临床检验结果可靠性对比的良好方法为形成及确保各种检验结果计量学的溯源性,即通常所讲的将一般检验和临床检验参考测量系统相关联。"溯源性"是应用临床检验参考测量系统,特别是参考方法及参考物质来增强临床检验结果的正确及可比性。本文对临床检验参考测量系统及临床检验分析质量保证问题进行了初步阐述,以此更好的确保临床检验分析质量,提高临床检验工作的可靠性。
The clinical reliability of the examination results and their comparability can not get more time,geographical restrictions,not only for the clinical treatment of the disease is required,but also for clinical laboratory community effort direction.At present situation,the use of more general clinical inspection method,its principle is relatively wide,all clinical laboratory adopt the same method to carry out the work difficult to achieve,and the results of clinical examination a good method for the reliability comparison of formation and ensure all inspection results of metrological traceability,which often speak of the general test and clinical test reference measuring system associated.＂Traceability＂is the application of clinical laboratory reference measurement system,in particular is the reference method and reference materials to enhance the clinical test results and comparability.This paper on clinical laboratory reference measurement system and analysis of clinical laboratory quality assurance problem in this paper,in order to better ensure the quality of clinical laboratory analysis,improve clinical inspection work reliability.
