摘要
目前,在发展中国家,宫颈癌是导致女性癌症死亡的主要原因之一。近年来我国宫颈癌的发病率明显上升,且发病年龄逐渐年轻化。虽然手术治疗基本可以使宫颈癌早期患者5年生存率提高到100%,但对有生育要求的患者而言,仍然具有局限性,因而筛选开发廉价有效的抗肿瘤化学药物是非常必要的。本文对宫颈癌发病过程中信号通路,例如ERK/MAPK、PI3K/Akt、EGFR/VEGFR、细胞凋亡、Wnt等及相关靶向药物做一综述,希望为宫颈癌的防治提供新的治疗思路和手段。
Human cervical cancer is the fourth most common female carcinoma worldwide. It is one of the major causes of cancer mortality in women in developing countries. In recent years the incidence of cervical cancer was increased and has the youth oriented tendency in China. The 5 year survival rate of early cervical cancer patient was up to 100% through surgery. But surgery is limited with treatment of pregnancy women. In this review we focus on the cervical cancer related signal pathway such as ERK/MAPK, PI3K/Akt, EGFR/ VEGFR, cell apoptosis and Wnt and the therapeutic targets drugs. We hope it will benefit for cervical cancer therapy.
