摘要
DNA甲基化属于表观遗传学范畴,它能在DNA序列不发生改变的情况下参与基因的调控与表达。在大肠癌的发病过程中,伴随着DNA的异常甲基化。抑癌基因和原癌基因的异常甲基化均影响肿瘤的发生发展。现对目前与大肠癌相关的基因甲基化的情况,以及在治疗和预防中的作用进行总结与展望。
DNA methylation belongs to the category of epigeneties, which can involve m the regulation ana expression of gene without changing the sequence of DNA. In the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer, accompanied by abnormal DNA methylation . The abnormal methylation of tumor suppressor gene and oncogene both affected the occurrence and development of tumor. This review aimed to summarized and prospect the situation of the current gene methylation associated with colorectal cancer, and its function in the treatment and prevention.
