摘要
β-伴大豆球蛋白是7S球蛋白的主要成分,是重要的大豆贮藏蛋白。利用等电点沉淀、分级盐析和凝胶过滤分离纯化大豆中的β-伴大豆球蛋白。SDS-PAGE和免疫印迹的结果表明,所提取的β-伴大豆球蛋白纯度较高,可以与β-伴大豆球蛋白抗血清特异性结合,具有较好的免疫活性。
β-conglycinin is the main component of 7S globulin, which is an important storage protein in soybean seeds. The present study was to investigate the isolation and purification of fl-conglycinin and its immunological activity. The β-conglycinin was separated and purified by electric-point precipitation, salt precipitation and gel chromatography filtration. The results of SDS-PAGE and Western Blot showed that the prepared β-conglycinin had higher purity and the purified fl-conglycinin could specially bind to β-conglycinin antiserum, which proved that the purified β-conglycinin had better immunological activity.
