摘要
目的：探讨米氮平联合回忆疗法对老年抑郁症患者认知功能和生存质量的影响。方法选取我院2011年1月至2015年1月86例老年抑郁症患者为研究对象，按随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组各43例。观察组采用米氮平联合回忆疗法，对照组采用单一米氮平治疗。疗程均为8周。于入组前及入组8周末采用老年认知功能量表、S F‐36生活质量量表评价患者的认知功能及生存质量状况。结果两组治疗前老年认知功能量表各项目评分比较无统计学意义（P＞0．05），治疗8周末观察组总分及各项目评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组治疗8周末SF‐36生活质量量表总分显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论米氮平联合回忆疗法治疗老年抑郁症疗效显著，且能有效提高患者的认知功能和生存质量。
Objective To explore the influences of mirtazapine plus recall intervention on cognitive func‐tion and quality of life of senile depression patient .Methods Eighty‐six senile depression patients selected from our hospital from Jan .2011 to Jan .2015 were assigned to observation and control group of 43 ones each according to random number table .Observation groups was treated with mirtazapine plus recall thera‐py and control group with single mirtazapine for 8 weeks .Cognitive functions were assessed with the Scale of Elderly Cognitive Function （SECF） at baseline and at the end of the 8th week and qualities of life with the Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire （SF‐36） .Results There were no significant group differ‐ences in all items scores of the SECF before treatment （P〉0 .05） ,at the end of the 8th week the total and each item score were significantly higher in observation than in control group （P〈0 .05）;at the end of the 8th week the total score of the SF‐36 was significantly higher in observation than in control group （ P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Mirtazapine plus recall therapy has an evident effect in senile depression and could ef‐fectively boost patients’ cognitive function and quality of life .
