摘要
分析了我国大型尿素装置的技术现状,介绍了大型尿素装置的技术改造情况及节能优化措施。大型尿素装置采用新工艺、新设备后,降低了装置投资成本和消耗,提高了装置的安全可靠度;通过优化系统工艺条件、优化装置开车过程以及节能减排和环保治理,提高了设备运转率和产品质量,延长了设备的使用寿命,实现了装置零排放。
The current technical situation of large-scale urea plants in China is analyzed, and the technical renovation and energy saving and optimization measures of large-scale urea plants are introduced. After large-scale urea plants adopt new process and new equipments, costs of investment of plants are reduced, safety reliability of plants are increased; by optimization of process conditions of system and startup procedure of the plants, and energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection treatment, equipment operation rate and product quality are improved, and the service life of equipment is prolonged, zero discharge of the plant is realized.
