摘要
分析了轴流式尿素合成塔和径流式尿素合成塔的结构特征;指出了轴流式尿素合成塔的缺点和径流式尿素合成塔的优点。典型用户的使用效果表明:实施将轴流式尿素合成塔改为径流式尿素合成塔的技术改造,可使CO2转化率提高2%~3%;改造实施1年后进行大修检测,没有发现因塔型转化而引起的尿素合成塔衬里腐蚀的现象。
Author has compared and analyzed the structural characteristic between radial and axial flow urea reactors;has indicated the shortage of the axial flow urea reactor and the advantage of radial flow urea reactor.The applicable effect for the typical users indicates that executing the technical reformation changing from axial flow urea reactor to radial flow urea reactor can make the conversion rate of CO2 to be increased to 2%~3%;after 1 year of the technical reformation during overhaul and inspection,no corrosion phenomena of urea reactor lining is fond even due to changing of medium flow type of reactor.
