摘要
高闾是孝文帝朝权臣,北魏时期治边思想的代表人物。在北部边疆,高闾主张沿袭传统的治边方法,筑长城以防柔然,并对北方军镇镇将的选用、镇民的安抚及新兵的训练等方面提出了具有可操作性的建议,得到具体实施。在与南方政权关系的处理上,虽然高闾的诸多建议是正确的,但因为没有从孝文帝意图统一南方的战略高度上理解北魏与南方政权战事的真正动机与深层含义,故时常与孝文帝的意见相左而得不到孝文帝的支持,实施效果不佳。
Gao Lyu was an important minister in Xiaowen Di( 孝文帝) 's court,and his thoughts and strategy on borderland was representative in North Wei period. In north borderland,he suggested the traditional strategy,including the building of Great Wall,and some applicable policies on selection of generals,pacification of border stationed people,and methods of training new soldiers. These policies were carried out accordingly. In dealing relations with south states,although many of his suggestions were right,he didn't get the Emperor's intentions and motives in strategic level as to the war between North Wei and South States,so his ideas were not often in consistent with the Emperor and they were not carried out well.
