摘要
糯稻生产已经成为中国粮食生产中不容忽视的产业,糯米是各种传统风味食品、工业化食品和饮料的重要原料,开展糯稻遗传特性和品质研究十分重要。本试验利用过去大面积种植的11个重要栽培品种,测定其理化指标和RVA谱特征值,同时,分析RVA谱与各项理化指标的相关性;利用SSR分子标记计算其遗传距离,并对结果进行聚类分析,揭示其遗传差异。结果表明糯稻品种的RVA谱特征值中崩解值(BDV)、消减值(SBV)、回复值(CSV)与胶稠度(GC),碱消值(ASV),表观直链淀粉含量(AAC)的相关性不显著,说明糯稻的品质评价不能借助非糯稻的评价体系。供试材料可以分为籼糯、偏籼糯、粳糯、偏粳糯4个群体,同一类群内遗传差异较小。应在不同类群中选取理化指标优良的材料作为亲本,评价亲本的杂种优势潜力,以寻找到最优配置,为育种方案制定提供依据。
Glutinou s rice production has been the industry that cannot be ignored in Chinese grain production.Glutinous Rice is an important raw material in the production process of a variety of traditional specialty foods,industrial food and beverage.The research on genetic Characteristics and quality of glutinous is of great importance.In this paper,we measured RVA profile characteristics and physical/chemical qualities by using 11 important cultivars of large-scale planting in the past.Meanwhile,correlation between RVA profile characteristics and physical/chemical qualities were analyzed.SSR molecular markers were used to calculate the genetic distance and the results were used for cluster analysis to reveal the genetic differences.The results showed that there were no significant correlation between the breakdown(BDV),setback(SBV),consistence(CSV) and gel consistence(GC),alkali-spreading value(ASV),apparent amylose content(AAC).It indicated that quality evaluation system of nonglutinous could not evaluate glutinous.Tested materials can be divided into four groups of indica glutinous rice,partial indica glutinous rice,japonica glutinous rice and partial japonica glutinous rice.There was a small genetic difference in the same group.The parents were selected from excellent quality materials from different groups.And the selected parents should be evaluated for the potential of producing heterosis so that we can find the optimum combination and provide the basis for the breeding program.
