摘要
农机合作社社员的异质性主要表现在社员入社动机异质性和资源禀赋异质性两方面。本文从社员异质性视角、运用不完全信息博弈模型对农机合作社内部监督缺失问题进行了理论分析,同时结合对典型农机合作社的个案研究发现,由于农机合作社中社员间严重的异质性,使得合作社普通社员选择不监督策略成为一种普遍现象,造成了黑龙江省农机合作社内部监督缺失,这种状态不利于普通社员利益的充分实现,不利于国投资产的管理,更不利于合作社的可持续发展。针对这一现象,提出弱化核心社员的出资比例差异、缩小核心社员与普通社员间的资源禀赋差异、兼顾公平与效率等对策建议。
The heterogeneity of agricultural machinery cooperatives' members is mainly manifested in two aspects including the membership motivation heterogeneity and the resource endowment heterogeneity. In this paper,it uses the incomplete information game model to analyze the deficiency of the internal super-vision in the agricultural machinery cooperatives from the perspective of members' heterogeneity. At the same time,because of the serious heterogeneity between members in agricultural machinery cooperatives,ordinary members in the cooperatives choosing not to supervise the operation of the cooperatives have become a common phenomenon to make a lack of internal supervision in agricultural machinery cooperatives of Heilongjiang Province,combined with studying in the case of typical agricultural machinery cooperatives. This state is not conducive to realize the interests of ordinary members and the management of the country's investment and the sustainable development of cooperatives. In view of this phenomenon,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that to weaken the proportion of capital contribution of the core members and to narrow the resource endowment differences between the core members and ordinary members to consider the fairness and efficiency.
