导航接收机ADC性能评测方法研究

摘要 模数转换器(ADC)是导航接收机不可欠缺的组成部分,其性能的好坏对导航接收机的整体性能至关重要。提出了可用于导航接收机ADC评测的两种方法,即基于单频信号的谱分析法和基于扩频信号的解扩输出载噪比测量法,并针对导航接收机平台,制定了相应的评测试验方案,进行了评测试验,通过对试验实测数据的分析处理,得出了应用两种方法进行ADC评测的评测结果,验证了评测方法的可行性,对导航接收机的设计及ADC芯片的选择都具有重要意义。 Analog to digital converter(ADC) is an integral part of the navigation receiver.The stand or fall of its performance is very important to the overall performance of the navigation receiver.In this paper,two methods can be used for navigation receiver ADC evaluation,which based on single frequency signal spectrum of analysis and spread spectrum signal of carrier-to-noise ratio measurement.To develop the corresponding evaluation test plan aiming at navigation receiver platform,was conducted The evaluation test.Through the analysis and processing of test data,evaluation results were given,and then evaluating method was validated.So the study on the evaluation method of ADC dynamic performance has important implications for the selection of ADC chip and the design of navigation receiver.
