摘要 在单脉冲自动跟踪测量雷达系统中,中频接收机对天线伺服跟踪性能起着关键作用;设计一种功能完备的低空测量雷达接收机系统,其中,视频接收机为双-三通道接收,具有高的接收增益,低噪声系数,高路间间隔和高镜像抑制等特点;频率综合定时器采用超大规模现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)器件,体积小、灵活性好、可靠性高;并采用单片机系统完成对自动增益控制的改进设计,既可满足设备应用指标要求,又可节约成本简化设备;通过实验测试,整机性能满足应用需求。 In a monopulse auto--tracking and measurement radar system, the intermediate frequency (IF) tracking receiver plays an important role in tracking a target. We design a multi--functional receiver for low--altitude measurement radar system, the IF and VF receiver system is double--three channel receiver, and has some improved performance., high receive gain, low noise figure, high channel interval and high image--reject. The frequency synthesizer timer adopts the FPGA chip: small volume, better agility and higher reliability. Then we improve on the design of automatic gain control unit using SCM (Single Chip Micyoco). It can satisfy applications require as well as the design signification improvement in cost and equipment complexity is achieved. The performance of full system is satisfied to requirement of application via test.
