摘要
水声通信的环境非常复杂,因此需要为水声引信接收机设计一个高性能的前置带通滤波器,即拥有平坦的通带和陡峭的阻带。为解决多重负反馈带通电路的元件离散性大、网络参数对元件变换敏感的问题,本文设计一种正反馈、高Q值带通滤波器,滤波器由三个有源二阶正反馈滤波器级联实现,滤波器中心频率11kHz,带宽2kHz,通带纹波不超过1dB,阻带衰减每倍频程大于40dB。滤波器功耗不超过10mW,满足水下引信接收机长时间工作的要求。
Acoustic communication environment is very complex,so acoustic fuze receiver needs a high-performance front bandpass filter,which has flat passband and steep stopband。A positive feedback,high Q-Value band-pass filter is designed to solve the following two problems of multiple negative feedback band-pass circuit:first,the discreteness of components is large;second,the network parameter is sensitive to the components' transformation.The filter is achieved by three cascading active second-order positive feedback filters.The frequency of filter's center is at 11 kHz with a bandwidth of 2 kHz.The ripple of the pass-band is less than 1 dB,while the attenuation of the stop-band is more than 40 dB.The power consumption of the filter is less than 10 mW,which meets the long-time working requirements of underwater fuze receiver.
