摘要
根据极限载荷几个基本假设,着重从理想弹塑性的屈服准则和极限载荷点判定方面出发,阐述了进行实际分析设计中所需注意的问题。通过与实际经典圆筒及平盖的极限载荷算例比较,指出在极限载荷计算时应选用等效MISES屈服强度进行极限压力计算,才能保证结果的正确性,且用有限元法所得出的极限载荷结果同所选计算屈服强度近似成正比关系。对比了几种极限载荷点判定方法,强调采用不收敛极限载荷解作为系统极限压力较为合理,也符合规范的定义。
According to the basic hypothesis of limit load analysis,this article discusses several problems that need attention in the application of limit load in Finite Element Analysis from the aspects of the yield criterion of elasticperfectly plastic body and the assessment method of limit load of the system.By comparing the actual limit loads of classic cylinder and flat head with the Finite Element Analysis results,it is pointed out that the results of Finite Element Analysis will be consistent with the classic limit load only when MISES yield condition is selected for the Finite Element Analysis,and the limit load obtained by Finite Element Analysis is in proportion to the calculated yield intensity.By comparing several assessment methods of limit load,this article emphasizes that it is reasonable to use the misconvergence limit load as the limit load of the system,and this coincides with the codes.
