摘要
柱塞气举工艺技术已成为鄂尔多斯盆地长庆气区排水采气的主要技术,但现有柱塞装置存在大斜度井段卡定器难以卡定等问题,致使该技术只能应用于直井,而无法应用于大斜度井筒轨迹的水平井。目前,长庆气区共有水平气井1 200余口,积液问题逐渐显现。为了实现水平气井应用柱塞气举工艺进行排液采气的目标,通过柱塞和井下工具结构一体化、动力学理论模型分析,并结合水平气井井身结构特点,自主设计了一种适用于水平气井的新型自缓冲柱塞装置。该装置不仅可进入水平井底部大斜度井段或水平井段,而且还简化了现有柱塞装置的井下工具。水平井柱塞装置由柱塞本体、抗冲击总成组成,柱塞本体确保举液效率,抗冲击总成实现自缓冲柱塞落地冲击力的功能。结合工况条件测试,认为该装置能够满足柱塞安全运行的要求,保证柱塞落地冲击力不破坏管柱和柱塞本体。该新型水平气井柱塞气举排液装置已在长庆气区成功投放运行,抗冲击性能满足现场应用要求,且大幅降低了井筒液柱高度,增加了产气量,应用效果显著,可解决水平气井排液采气的难题。
Plunger gas lift is the main technology in gas recovery by water drainage in the Changqing gas province, Ordos Basin. How- ever, the existing plunger device can be hardly locked by using the locking device in the highly deviated hole section, so this technology can only be used in vertical wells, but not in such horizontal wells especially with highly deviated hole trajectory. At present, there are over 1200 horizontal gas wells in the Changqing gas province and the problem of liquid loading emerges gradually. In this paper, with the plunger being structurally integrated with the bottom hole assembly (BHA), a dynamics theory model was built and discussed. Then, based on the structural characteristics of horizontal gas wells, a new self-buffered plunger device suitable for horizontal gas wells was designed independently so that the plunger gas lift technology can be used for the gas recovery by water drainage in horizontal gas wells. This device can be run into the highly deviated or horizontal hole section at the bottom of horizontal wells, and simplifies the BHA of those existing plunger devices. This plunger device is composed of a plunger body and an impact-resistant assembly. The plunger body is used to ensure fluid lifting efficiency, and the impact-resistant assembly is used to realize the self-buffered landing impact. As demon- strated in testing under working conditions, this new device meets the requirements of safe operation of the plunger and prevents the land- ing impact of the plunger from destroying the string and the plunger body. Having being successfully put into operation in the Changqing gas province, this device was proved successfully to smooth out the difficulties of drainage gas recovery in horizontal gas wells, with good impact-resistant performance meeting the demands of field application, and with remarkable application results both in great reduc- tion of wellbore liquid column height and increase of gas production.
