摘要
随着互联网技术的深入发展,教育正经历一场全新的革命。互联网和传统课堂教学的结合打破教育时空的限制,它既可以优化教学资源配置和促进教育公平,也有利于教育个性化发展,但同时对教育的现状也提出很大的挑战,如教育资源配置地区差异大、高校及教师的参与积极性不高等。为了顺应互联网教育变革,切实从国家、高校和教师等三个层面优化资源配置,加强教学管理和教师培养尤为重要。
With the further development of Internet technology,education is going through a new revolution. The combination of Internet and traditional classroom teaching has broken the limitation of educational time and space,which can optimize the allocation of teaching resources and promote educational equity,but also can have benefits of the development of education. But meanwhile it also brings new challenges to education,such as the differences of educational resources allocation among regions,low participation of universities and teachers. In order to promote Internet educational reform,it is very essential to optimize the resources allocation from three aspects of the state,universities and teachers,strengthen teaching management and teacher training.
