摘要
选取ESI数据库的7项评价指标,对38所"985"高校的364个ESI世界前1%学科进行因子分析和聚类分析,命名"学科规模"和"学科质量"2个公因子,并得出每所高校的ESI学科综合得分。以教育部第三轮学科评估数据为依据,分别计算"985"高校的教育部学科评估得分与综合因子得分、总被引频次的相关系数。结果显示,二者均在0.01的水平上显著相关,但前者的相关系数显著大于后者,表明引入综合因子得分指标对ESI学科进行评价,其评价效果优于使用总被引频次指标。
The paper selects 7 evaluation indexes in the database of ESI,calculates the score of each subject of 364 ESI top 1%disciplines of 38 985-project universities by factor analysis and cluster analysis,naming 2 common factors ——"subject scale"and"subject quality". Based on the third round discipline evaluation database of Ministry of Education,the correlation coefficients between the official evaluation score and comprehensive factor score as well as total cited frequency are calculated. It shows that both of them significantly are correlated at the level of 0. 01,while the correlation coefficient of the former is greater than the later. It indicates that the introduction of comprehensive factor score index is better than total citation index when it is used to evaluate ESI disciplines.
