摘要
建设世界一流大学已经成为国内许多研究型大学的强烈诉求,而一流学科是一流大学的根本支撑。在创新创业时代,研究型大学应该以凝练学科特色和打造学科优势为基本出发点,进行学科体系规划,注重形成相互支撑的学科体系,把综合性与整体性结合起来;需要提升学科整体竞争力,调整优化学科布局,对不同性质学科采用差异化的支持政策,特别是要淘汰那些缺乏发展潜力又不符合社会需求的学科。同时,学科体系的发展应该是动态调整的过程,应该随着经济社会的发展保持一定的灵活性。
Building a world-class university has become the strong appeal for many domestic research universities and some top disciplines are the fundamental support. In the era of innovation and entrepreneurship, research universities should carry out the discipline system planning as the basic starting point of refining characteristics and building advantage, pay attention to forming the discipline system to support each other and combine comprehensiveness and integrity. The disciplines＇ overall competitiveness ascension must depend on layout optimization, adopt differentiated support policy on different disciplines, and especially eliminate the disciplines lacking of development potential and not conforming to the social needs. At the same time, the development of the discipline system should be a dynamic adjustment process, and should maintain a certain flexibility with the economic and social development.
