爆炸喷涂WC-Co/CoMoCrSi复合涂层的组织与性能 被引量:2

Microstructure and properties of WC-Co/CoMoCrSi composite coating prepared by detonation gun spraying

摘要 为了提高CoMoCrSi涂层的结合强度和力学性能,采用爆炸喷涂技术制备了WC-12Co涂层作为过渡层的WC-Co/CoMoCrSi复合涂层,借助SEM和EDS等手段分析了涂层截面组织形貌和化学元素组成,采用显微硬度计、万能拉伸机及销盘式摩擦磨损试验机等研究了涂层的力学及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:在氧燃充枪比为60%的喷涂参数下,制备WC-Co/CoMoCrSi复合涂层平均结合强度高达66 MPa,涂层截面组织致密、均匀,孔隙率小于0.6%,平均显微硬度为667 HV0.1,复合涂层摩擦因数0.53~0.56,具有优异的耐磨性能。 In order to improve the bonding strength and mechanical properties of CoMoCrSi coating, WC-12Co coating as transition layer of WC-Co/CoMoCrSi composite coating was prepared by detonation gun spraying. Microstructure and chemical elements of the coating was analyzed by SEM and EDS, and mechanical properties, friction and wear behavior of the coating was tested by Micro-hardness tester, universal tensile testing machine and Pin-disc friction wear tester. The test results show that under 60% oxygen/fuel in-gun ratio, the microstructure of the coating is compact and uniform, and the porosity is less than 0.6%, the average adhesive strength and hardness of the coating is 66 MPa and 667 HV0.1, respectively. The friction coefficient of the coating is in the range of 0.53-0.56 which illustrate that the coating has better wear resistance.
