新疆地方甜菜制糖行业职业病危害关键控制点分析 被引量:2

Analysis on occupational hazards critical control points in Xinjiang local beet sugar industry

摘要 目的通过对新疆地方甜菜制糖厂进行现场职业病危害调查及检测,确定新疆地方甜菜制糖厂的职业病危害关键控制点,并提出有针对性的防治措施。方法随机选取新疆地方管辖的6家甜菜制糖厂进行现场职业病危害调查和危害因素的检测,对照本研究职业病危害关键控制点的判定原则,判定新疆地方甜菜制糖厂职业病危害的关键控制点。结果新疆地方甜菜制糖厂的关键控制点为职业卫生档案管理、上岗前及离岗时的职业健康检查、需要根据劳动者接触危害物的不同进行的职业健康检查、作业现场需佩戴合适的个人防护用品;粉尘作业点/工种是输煤廊皮带头尾、破碎机、锅炉、颗粒粕卸料、锅炉工、上煤工等;噪声作业点/工种是造粒机、干燥操作室、汽轮机操作室、结晶罐操作台、真空泵房操作间、分离机处、切丝岗位、连浸操作室、石灰窑岗位、维修工、石灰窑工、汽轮机工、锅炉工、电工、分离机工、泵工等。结论在维持现有职业卫生防护措施的基础上,新疆地方甜菜制糖厂还应加强关键环节的职业病危害防治,争取将职业病危害的风险降到最低。 [Objective]To carry out the field investigation and detection of occupational hazards in Xinjiang local beet sugar factories,determine the occupational hazards critical control points in this industry,and propose targeted prevention measures.[Methods]6 local beet sugar factories were randomly selected in Xinjiang,to carry out the field investigation and detection of occupational hazards. According to the judgment principles of occupational hazards critical control points,the critical control points in beet sugar factories were determined. [Results] The critical control points in Xinjiang local beet sugar factories were occupational health records management, pre-service and departure occupational health examination, occupational health examination according to different hazardous substances,and wearing appropriate personal protective equipments. The operation points and posts for dust were both ends of coal belt,crushers,boilers,pellet discharge boiler worker,and coal loading workers.The operation points and posts for noise were granulation machine, dried operating room, steam turbine operating room,crystallization tank console,vacuum pumping operation room,at the separator,shred post,soak operating room,lime kiln post,maintenance worker,lime kiln workers,turbine workers,boiler workers,electrician,separator workers and pump workers.[Conclusion]On the basis of maintaining the existing occupational health protection measures,Xinjiang local beet sugar factories should strengthen prevention on critical control points to reduce the risk of occupational hazards to the minimum.
