摘要
以桐油酸、亚麻油酸、环氧树脂E-20为原料合成环氧酯树脂,然后用丙烯酸树脂接枝改性制备了水性环氧酯树脂。该树脂制备的水性涂料具有干燥速度快、耐水性好、防腐性能优良等特点。
This kind of coatings was synthesized by two steps. First of all, the epoxy ester resin was prepared with elacostearic acid, linolenic acid and epoxy resin E-20. Then, the waterborne epoxy ester resin was prepared by the grafting modification of the acrylic resin. The waterborne coatings prepared with this kind of resin have the characteristics of fast drying, good water resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, etc..
