摘要 随着国家对高产高效工作面的要求不断提高,液压支架的性能要求也就越来越高。对液压支架结构件进行设计,并对结构件进行校核及有限元分析。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,按照国标中所规定的工况对液压支架进行受力分析,并针对分析的结果进行优化,分析表明:该液压支架能够较好地满足工作的要求。 With continuous rising of state requirements for high productive and efficient working face, the property requirements of hydraulic roof support are improved highly and highly. This analyzing the structure design of hydraulic roof support and check and finite analysis of the structure. By using the finite analysis software-ANSYS, the force analysis of the hydraulic shield is carried out according to working condition stated in national standards. The result of the analysis is further modified. Through the analysis, it is found that this hydraulic shield can meet working requirements better.
