摘要
由于大采高液压支架的承载复杂多变,对不同工况下的液压支架的性能进行静力学仿真分析,分析认为,在进行液压支架的设计过程中,应依据液压支架的应力及变形分布,采用不同的材料及结构设计,以提高液压支架的整体性能,满足大采高综采的需求。
The bearing capacity of large mining high hydraulic s upport is complex and changeable.The static simulation analysis of the performance of hydraulic support under different working conditions provides a reference for the design and use of hydraulic support.The analysis shows that in the process of designing and using hydraulic support,according to the stress and deformation distribution of hydraulic support,different materials and structures should be adopted to improve the overall performance of hydraulic support and meet the needs of fully mechanized mining.
