摘要 目的探讨完全性葡萄胎(CHM)和部分性葡萄胎(PHM)病理组织中p57^(kip2)、CD34、p53、CD117及EGFR的表达差异。方法对医院妇科收治63例葡萄胎患者进行回顾性分析,其中CHM组患者33例,PHM组30例,采取免疫组织化学染色法检测病理组织中p57^(kip2)、CD34、p53、CD117及EGFR的表达,并与31例正常妊娠妇女做对比,。结果 CHM组和PHM组的p57^(kip2)、p53、CD117及EGFR阳性表达率分别为(3.03%、93.94%、87.88%、12.12%)和(83.33%、36.67%、63.33%、36.67%);CD34分数分别为(12.23±2.27)%、(14.45±2.42)%,CHM组与PHM组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CHM组与正常组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PHM组与正常组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论以免疫组化法检测葡萄胎病理组织中p57^(kip2)、CD34、p53、CD117及EGFR的表达水平,通过其表达水平高低程度,可有效鉴别CHM与PHM。 Objective To explore the expression difference of p57kip2, CD34, p53, CD117 and EGFR in complete hydatidiform mole (CHM) and partial hydatidiform mole (PHM) pathological tissues. Methods A total of 63 hydatidiform mole patients admitted to the Department of Gynaeeology of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the CHM group (n=33) and the PHM group (n=30). Immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of p57kip2, CD34, p53, CD117 and EGFR in pathological tissues. The results were compared with those in 31 normal pregnant women, Results The positive expression rate of p57kip2, p53, CD117 and EGFR in the CHM group and the PHM group were (3.03%, 93.94%, 87.88% and 12.12%) and (83.33%, 36.67%, 63.33% and 36.67%) respectively; the percentages of CD34 were (12.23±2.27)% and (14.45±2.42)% respectively. The difference between thee CHM group and the PHM group was significant (P 〈 0.05). The difference between the CHM group and the normal group was significant, too (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference between the PHM group and the normal group (P 〉 0.05).Conclusion The expression levels ofp57kip2, CD34, p53, CD117 and EGFR in HM pathological tissues are detected by immunohistochemical method; and the expression levels may be used to effectively distinguish CHM and PHM.
