海底管道保温层修复装置的设计与应用

摘要 受输送介质性质影响,考虑到管道性能和造价等因素,国内近海海底输油管道多采用双层保温管结构。而一旦双层管的外管因腐蚀泄漏或机械破损造成管夹层进水,夹层内的保温层就会随着海水浸没而导致失效。尽管双层海底管道内外层之间每隔一定距离会布置锚固件,可以把保温失效长度控制在可控距离,然而在破损的分隔段内还是会造成海底管严重温降,进而影响运行。传统的修复方式需进行分隔段的整体更换,工期延长,且目前尚无高效准确查找锚固件的技术手段。介绍了一种采用机械式密封环将双层保温海底管道干式修复变为湿式修复的新工艺,填补了该技术领域的空白。 Most domestic subsea pipelines adopt pipe-in-pipe type pipeline with thermal insulation layer in consideration of transport medium property, pipeline performance and cost. If its external pipe is damaged due to corrosion or mechanical force, water will enter into the thermal insulation layer, thus the layer will lost its thermal insulation function. Although bulk- heads are installed between the internal pipe and the external pipe at intervals to divide the pipeline into sections in order to control the failure length of the pipeline, temperature of the damaged pipeline section still reduces seriously and affects normal pipeline operation. Traditional repair method is to replace the whole section, which needs long repair period, and there is no efficient and accurate technical means for locating bulkheads at present. A new technique using mechanical sealing ring is developed to change dry repair way into wet repair way, which fills domestic technical gap.
