摘要
在双层保温管bulkhead的连接部位,由于bulkhead本身的热阻很小以及周围采用低热阻保温材料,容易形成局部低温。原油输送过程中,可能在此管段造成局部的蜡质凝聚,影响输送,因此有必要考虑施加外保温层。结合保温管道的热阻分析和有限元热传导分析,在基本设计阶段对外保温层厚度和长度进行计算。同时,考虑不同海床表面流速、海水和海床的对流换热对海管保温的影响。计算分析表明,在埋设和非埋设情况下海水对流换热对于海管保温的影响很小,在一般情况下可以忽略不计。
In the tie-in section with double bulkheads, heat transfer resistance is lower than that in normal pipe-in-pipe section due to lower heat transfer resistance of bulkhead and adjacent thermal insulation round this section. The wax component in transported crude oil may freeze out locally at this section and hence affect normal operation. To tackle this problem, an external insulation layer can be wrapped outside the section concerned. A preliminary method has been proposed to determine thickness and length of the insulation layer through theoretical thermal analysis and finite element heat conduction analysis at the stage of basic design. Meanwhile, effect of thermal convection between sea water and seabed on the overall thermal resistance for pipe-in-pipe is clarified using relevant heat convention formulae. Comparing with thermal resistance of insulation layer, such effect is low and can be neglected.
