摘要
烟农专业合作社作为带动农业增效、促进农村发展、提高农民收入的重要平台,其烟叶生产效率的高低直接关系到烟农专业合作社的可持续发展。选取烟叶耕种面积、劳动力和物资费用3个投入指标以及烟农烟叶收入和合作社专业化服务收入2个产出指标,并运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对2015年湖南省30个地市烟农专业合作社烟叶生产效率进行综合分析和动态评价。结果表明:湖南省烟农专业合作社发展潜力较大,烟农通过烟叶种植获得了较大收益,但总体上烟叶生产效率不高,各合作社间存在较大差距,并且合作社通过专业化服务所获得的收益没有得到体现。
Tobacco farmers＇ cooperatives as an important platform of driving agricultural efficiency, promoting rural development and improving farmers＇ income, and the level of productivity is directly related to the sustainable development of the to- bacco farmers＇ cooperatives. Selecting three input indicators of tobacco acreage, labor and material costs as well as two output indicators of tobacco farmers income and cooperatives professional services revenue income, and analyzing the to- bacco production efficiency about 31 tobacco farmers cooperatives in 2015 in Hunan province using data envelopment a- nalysis （DEA） method. The results show that the tobacco farmers＇ cooperatives in Hunan province have great potential for development, and farmers get good returns through planting tobacco, but the tobacco production efficiency is not high, and there is a big gap between the cooperatives and cooperatives. What＇ s more, the tobacco farmers＇ coopera- tives in Hunan province have not got good income through tobacco specialized services.
