摘要
以氯化锆为金属盐,对苯二甲酸为有机配体,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为有机溶剂,采用溶剂热法制备Ui O-66。通过考察金属盐、有机溶剂、有机配体、晶化温度、晶化时间的影响,确定出的优化合成条件为:n(金属盐)/n(有机配体)为1.0、n(有机溶剂)/n(有机配体)为25、晶化温度为100℃、晶化时间为25 h。在此条件下,可合成出相对结晶度较高的Ui O-66。
UiO -66 was synthesized by solvothermal method, using zirconium chloride as metal salt, terephthalic acid as organic ligand, DMF as organic solvent. The factors of metal salt, organic solvent, organic ligand, crystallizing temperature and time were investigated, the optimal synthesis conditions were metal salt to organic ligand ratio at 1, organic solvent to organic ligand ratio at 25, crystallizing temperature at 100℃, and crystallizing time at 25h. The UiO -66 synthesized under the optimal conditions has higher relative crystallinity.
