四物汤传统汤剂中微量元素含量测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的:运用原子吸收分光光度法对四物汤中铁、锌、镁、铜、锰的含量进行测定,探讨四物汤中微量元素含量与疗效之间的关系。方法:采用火焰型原子吸收分光光度法,煎制不同时间后提取四物汤原液,对其中5种微量元素含量进行测定。结果:创立的方法灵敏度高,线性关系良好,结果准确稳定。四物汤原液中,各元素含量高低依次为铁>锌>锰>镁>铜。结论:该法测定过程简单,结果准确。四物汤中铁、锌、锰元素含量较高,在120min时达到最大值。实验结果为研究微量元素与四物汤药理作用的关系提供了依据。 Objective. To analyze the content of Fe, Zn, Mg, Cu and Mn elements in SIWU decoction by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods. We extracted the raw liquor of SIWU decoction in different times, and the necessary trace elements were determined with calibration curve method. Results. High sensitivity, good linearity, exact and steady results were obtained with this method. The necessary trace elements in the raw liquor of SIWU decoction ranged from Fe〉Zn〉Mn〉Mg〉Cu. Conclusion:The present procedure was simple and the results were accuracy and satisfactory. The necessary trace elements of Fe, Zn, Mn contented in SIWU decoction were higher. The content of elements contented in SIWU decoction achieved the maximal at reaction time of 120min. The curative effects of SIWU decoction had some relation to necessary trace elements.
