摘要
使用CAE软件对大口径直动阀阀体的铸造工艺进行了模拟,并结合阀体铸件的生产特点及常见缺陷,根据模拟结果进行了工艺优化。通过工艺优化与现场生产过程的控制,该铸件已成功生产,经检测铸件未发现质量问题。
Thc casting process of large diameter direct-acting valve body was simulated by using CAE software, and combined with the production characteristics and common defects of valve body castings, the process optimization was carried out according to the simulation results. Through the process optimization and the control of field production process, the casting has been successfully produced, and no quality problems arc found in casting.
