摘要
研究C12A阀体铸件的铸造工艺,通过对冒口、型砂、熔炼、热处理、缺陷处理等方面进行工艺论证,结合数值模拟优化工艺方案,结合生产实践,掌握该产品的铸造性能,为开发锅炉阀门市场积累生产经验和数据。
Casting process of C12A valve body casting was studied. By process demonstration of riser, molding sand, melting, heat treatment, defect treatment etc., and combining with optimizing process of numerical simulation, casting properties of the production were mastered. Much production experience and data of developing markets of boiler valve were accumulated.
