摘要
共轭亚油酸(conjugated linoleic acid,CLA)是一种具有抗动脉粥样硬化、抗癌、免疫调节、降糖、促进骨细胞及骨骼形成等众多功能特性的新资源食品。本文中,笔者对CLA的来源、合成方法、功能及应用的研究进展进行综述,以期为相关的研究者提供参考。
Conjugated linoleic acid is the isomeride of linoleic acid, mainly existing in ruminant animal fat. Conjugated linoleic acid is a new resource food with many other features, such as anti-atherosclerosis and anticancer, immune rgeulation, reducing blood glucose and promoting formation of bone and bone cell, and so on.Here, we review the source of conjugated linoleic acid as well as its synthetic method, function role and application.
