共轭亚油酸生物学功能及提高其在牛乳中含量的营养措施 被引量：4

摘要 共轭亚油酸（Conjugated linoleic acid,CLA）是亚油酸（linoleic acid,LA）的衍生物。1999年,美国油脂化学家协会正式将CLA确定为含有共轭双键的亚油酸异构体的英文缩写。CLA存在多种异构体,但在已知的同分异构体中生物学功能突出的是顺9-反-11CLA和反10-顺12CLA。
